I’m absolutely delighted to announce my appointment to the Advisory Board for Halsbury’s Laws of England.
Halsbury’s Laws of England is now in its 109th year of publication. The Halsbury Advisory Board advises the Halsbury’s Laws team on the ethos, objective and content of the legal publication.
I am privileged to be joining the current members of the Board:
Lord Mackay of Clashfern
Lord High Chancellor of Great Britain from 1987 to 1997
Principal Judge of the Land Registration Division of the First-tier Tribunal, Property Chamber.
Barrister at Doughty Street Chambers; with particular expertise in human rights.
Partner at Joseph Hage Aaronson LLP; leading extradition lawyer and business crime specialist.
Many of you know me well and know that I’ve led an interesting and diverse career. After qualifying as a High Court Litigator, I spent many years in the City advising major property developers on construction and engineering law before moving in-house to advise large companies on a wide range of domestic and international commercial legal issues.
I now work independently through Andall Legal, practising commercial and construction law, and help a diverse range of businesses to understand and manage the legal issues in their business.
I’m thrilled to have this opportunity to contribute to the Halsbury’s Advisory Board and look forward to working with my fellow esteemed Board members.
